Lauren serves as the Director of Music and Worship. In this role, she serves as the Chancel Choir Director, Concordia Bell Choir Director, Cherub Bell Choir Director, and Youth Music Director. Lauren is also a member of the AGO and the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians. Lauren has served as a national presenter for ASLC on virtual choirs. Prior to these roles Lauren taught choir for 13 years in public schools, most recently as the Middle School and High School Choir Director of Adena Local Schools.

Outside of All Saints, Lauren sings with and serves as the board chair of the Columbus Symphony Chorus (through the Columbus Symphony Orchestra) and is an adjudicator for the Ohio Music Education Association for voice/choral music events. Lauren also plays trumpet with the Heisey Wind Ensemble serving on the board and as librarian, under the direction of Dr. Russell Mikkelson, Director of Bands at OSU. Lauren is married to Andy and they have one daughter, Penny.
